A local technical college required a statement building which could provide a clear entrance and house a variety of student services.
The project involved facade remodelling, a new reception and extensive landscaping to produce a distinctive scheme which was very well received by the college. Keith was both the designer and the construction architect for the project, which was delivered within the £500,000 budget.
