The transformation of a failing building on the southern tip of Hayling Island.
The project involved the wholesale reworking of the building plan and elevations on all three storeys.
The addition of a tower for staircase circulation freed up the internal plans with dramatic results.
The resulting house has a highly modern and classic aesthetic and enjoys stunning views across the Solent.
‘From start to finish Keith understood what we wanted and made it happen. He listened to all of our ideas and we worked together to come up with a wonderful design that fitted in well with the houses in our area and that we are really happy with. Our home has gone from an ugly duckling to a beautiful swan, thank you Keith.’
