The wholesale face lift and remodel of a formerly dilapidated property on Southsea seafront.
Works included a seafront facing extension, an internal remodel to open plan with additional bathroom spaces, the conversion of garage spaces and the application of new external materials.
Working closely with the client, the project involved the demolition of an existing conservatory and the addition of a new extension to the front of the house. Enclosing the swimming pool, the design creates an external terrace at first floor, providing the perfect place to enjoy the stunning Solent views.
The property was transformed internally, with an open plan family space created at first floor and an inset balcony introduced to the second floor bedroom. At ground level, the existing garage was converted to form an adjoining guest suite with direct access to the pool.
