A retirement village of three new buildings set within an existing area of social housing. The project involved the creation of a new demential unit and housing for the elderly for Portsmouth City Council.
Designed while working for a former practice, this development knitted together new extra care accommodation with existing social housing and provided shared ground floor uses.
