Planning Authority: Havant Borough Council and East Hants District Council
D84 has a broad portfolio of work in Waterlooville and the surrounding areas; creating new homes and extending and remodelling existing properties.
From it beginnings as a village in 1815, Waterlooville has undergone tremendous change over its 200 year history. In 1951 Waterlooville had a population of 2,881. By 1971 it had risen to over 10,000., growing faster than any other town in Britain.
The housing types here are many and varied, with the post 50s boom providing bungalows, small and medium sized family homes, and small scale blocks of flats. Modern methods of construction were often employed and some of the design work is both original and highly emblematic of its time. D84 have undertaken a wide variety of projects here and have a solid understanding of the house types and both Havant Borough Council and EDHC planning policies and aspirations.

Feedback from one of our clients in PO8 (Furze Way):
“Keith was extremely professional and helpful throughout the planning process. He always kept me informed, from drawing and producing the plans to submitting them to the local authority and getting them passed, ready to start the build. I would highly recommend Keith for his architecture skills and customer service.”
